Background: Swimwear Express offers the latest styles in designer swimwear, swimsuits, bikinis, women’s swimwear and teen and junior swimwear. The owner of Swimwear express is based in South Beach Miami the heart of fashion and has access to new styles before they hit the beach. He specialized in supplying rare designers and specialty lines that other stores and website do not have access to.
Challenge: The web is flooded with competition for this industry, and for good reason. There are many reputable sites on the web that have built up a loyal following of clients. The job posed to our organization was to maximize the unique brands that Swimwear Express offers and raise those individual pages to the top of various keyword searches.
Strategy: Since we designed and developed their new site, we knew it was “primed” for SEO. We identified the following SEO-related deficiencies with their web site:
Then, we began monthly optimization of the site including research, link building, and on and off-page optimization to help Swimwear Express drive more traffic to their website, and ultimately, their online store.
Results: Our SEO efforts paid off over time for Swimwear Express! Their link popularity, or the total number of links or “votes” that the Search Engines found for their website, increased by 25%. (Side note: Link popularity is one of the best ways to quantifiably and independently measure your website’s online awareness and overall visibility.) Overall unique visitors for the site went up 32%!
